Nedbank worst bank ever. From Thursday 20/3/2025 I have been struggling to get my account sorted. First they say ( pending activation) after going into the bank physicality, it changed on my app to (verifying your details) After me calling daily. Spoke to Goodlie, then next day to Gombie, next day to Ayanda. Twice supervisors said they would escalate my issue. Beverly Govender also could not resolve or had the decency to come back to me ,after saying she would . Very poor customer service.
