I reviewed nedbank 4yrs ago for their bad service and today nothing has changed at all,still the most incompetent bank ever.I am not able to log an enquiry because they have not updated my personal details no matter how many times I have called them to.This is not a bank to be trusted.They added an extra R17 000 to my bond account without consulting me or explaination and up to this day they are unable to give me answer regarding this amount.I was told to let this matter to rest because they have tried to explain and I still don't understand.I still don't understand because this doesn't make sense,it's pure theft to me.Be careful enough not to associate yourself with this company,they are pure bullies with very bad customer service.I started paying for my bond before my house was even built and that too they couldn't explain to my satisfaction,they throw terms at you and they too can't explain.Save yourselves the trouble and stay away from them.No wonder RBA didn't make it,they are exactly the same
