I bought two bras and returned one by 1st class, signed for on 31October23. This was delivered and signed for on 1November. By 29November I still had not received my refund despite two so-called emails via the website. It is impossible to get hold of anyone at needundies as the phone line simply has a recorded message saying there is no-one available to answer. I certainly will not be buying anything from this site again.
