“Avoid. They will steal your money and not send you anything. Made order on 25 Sept and have received nothing. They took money immediately. Have asked for updates several times and attempted to cancel my order via email but had no response. No one answers their phone. I need my money back.”

“I placed an order which was accepted and confirmed. After 2 weeks I hadn't had any notification of shipping. I e-mailed customer services to enquire when it would be shipped. A week later I got an e-mail stating I'd been refunded the cost - no apology or explanation why. Very poor communication”

“DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, the most appalling non customer service money taken out for item immediately, no goods received, no answer to numerous emails, answerphone on 24/7 unable to leave message etc etc absolute fraudulent company.”

“I also have had to return an item but never got my refund. So annoying because also I paid extra to get signed for delivery, so it just wasted more money. They never reply. seems like a lot of us have this issue.”

“Unfortunately, I had to return the items ordered as they did not fit. However, over 30 working days since the goods were received by the company and three unanswered emails later, I have yet to receive a refund. Neither telephone calls or correspondence are answered and although their website claims that complaints can be referred to the Retail Ombudsman, this is incorrect as they are not a member of the scheme. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. If there is a chance that you might need to return items from this company DO NOT EXPECT YOUR MONEY BACK OR YOUR EMAILS ANSWERED. The customer service is nonexistent.”

“Ordered 4 bras in January, received 2 in February, 1 in March and have not received the 4th despite the website saying that the order has been fulfilled. Have sent numerous emails, and requests via their website, enquiring whether the last bra was ever sent, and have had absolutely no response!”

“Goods ordered 14 March. Payment taken 14 March. No goods received to date 11 April. No one answering phone calls. No response to emails sent via website. Complaint email sent - no reply. I have started a claim and investigation via my credit card provider.”

“I bought two bras and returned one by 1st class, signed for on 31October23. This was delivered and signed for on 1November. By 29November I still had not received my refund despite two so-called emails via the website. It is impossible to get hold of anyone at needundies as the phone line simply has a recorded message saying there is no-one available to answer. I certainly will not be buying anything from this site again.”

“Ordered on 16th January, items still not sent, showing "in progress" on account details. Have sent enquiry 2 days to ago to ask what is happening no response. Can understand there may be a delay in supplying items, which I have paid for but wish they would let me know how long delay might be.”

“Have had 2 deliveries in the past week and as usual very satisfied with all products. Deliveries were slow to Spain this time but suspect the problems were with the Spanish postal system as it is pretty poor at the best of times. Also problems at customs following Brexit as Europe still cannot accept the British decision to leave and will do whatever they can to disrupt trade.”

“Jockey Y Fronts purchased at the cheapest price around, customer service was excellent as I had to return them as I’d ordered the wrong size... got my refund with 14 days so I’m going to order the correct size this time. Recommend Needundies to anyone”
