Unfortunately, I had to return the items ordered as they did not fit. However, over 30 working days since the goods were received by the company and three unanswered emails later, I have yet to receive a refund. Neither telephone calls or correspondence are answered and although their website claims that complaints can be referred to the Retail Ombudsman, this is incorrect as they are not a member of the scheme. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. If there is a chance that you might need to return items from this company DO NOT EXPECT YOUR MONEY BACK OR YOUR EMAILS ANSWERED. The customer service is nonexistent.
