This company is a joke. Based in Pontefract, not China, you’d expect better. They do not answer their phone and instruct you to use the email contact form. They don’t answer these either. I have been trying to get a response for over two weeks about an order placed for four bras of which only one has arrived with not a mention of where the other three are and when I might expect them. I am a business owner myself and have no idea how they get away with this appalling service. Looking at their star rating and reviews I really should remember to check TP before placing an online order. In the meantime I will just have to wonder when, if ever, I will receive the bras I ordered SIX WEEKS AGO!
