12 days from ordering to dispatch and then part of the order cancelled and refunded! I ordered only items showing as in stock, which clearly some weren’t. On emailing I was eventually told they were awaiting a back order from Germany. I have just ordered the missing items elsewhere to be delivered by Saturday. I know Covid has caused difficulties but they could have emailed me ages ago to let me know. I wonder how long it will be before I actually receive the items? Sorry, not impressed.
