Problems started when both my hide and slide circo therm ovens were 21 months old. Having baked cakes for years using the same method and ingredients my cakes started to be under baked, sank in the middle, were greasy, dense and very dark. Engineers have been out 3-4 times since August 2020, they seem to work for a couple of bakes then back to usual problems. Wish I’d stuck with my Siemens ovens only started to play up with age. Have decided to mothball my baking tins until I have replaced my disappointing Neff Hide and slide ovens.
