We have two steam ovens with two plate warming draws one of the warming draws has been replaced but has now broken down again .

Today parts still not available! Told them it’s not good enough . Managed to complain to a team leader her English at times was unintelligible
When I pointed this out she said in her opinion I was racist . Never been so insulted one of my daughter-in-law’s is Asian !
