The oven door doesn't close properly and only for that reason, the oven doesn't work. We had a NEFF engineer come out to fix it, but because it's an old model, he said he didn't have the parts to fix it. This is ridiculous - to throw away a perfectly working oven just because the hinge on the door can't be fixed.
