I bought a new matching NEFF integrated oven and microwave. I’d had NEFF appliances before and found them to be of high quality and style. Now I realise they have become another brand of style over substance. I’m writing this review to save your dissatisfaction. After just 20 months the microwave magnetron failed. I paid over £100 for an engineer to call. They replaced the part and because it failed so quickly NEFF bore the cost of the part. Fair enough I thought. Then just over 8 weeks ago after a further 18 months the magnetron failed again. I paid over £100 for an engineer to call and diagnose the problem. I then had to wait 8 weeks for the part to become available. Today they replaced the part and I paid over £100 for it which was apparently a 20% discount because of the delay. So on top of the initial purchase I am paying £11 a month on repairs, so far! I didn’t sign up for that! Get a different brand. There are plenty out there to choose from.
