Did a review to say how disappointed we were that just over 2 years old our oven needs an engineer visit. Expected perhaps a response from NEFF to say they would honour the warranty but I got this instead….. The current call-out charge is £106 (£117 within the M25) plus the cost of any parts required. The price includes all VAT & labour charges.
