I have two Neff Ovens, a Slide n Hide Circotherm and an expensive microwave which so far have caused me no trouble but are no better than the less expensive items I bought years ago from Siemens. A simple question about a combination Neff steam oven to fit in my new home which also has currently Neff appliances wasted 22 minutes of my time on an international call because the UK Customer Service office does not know the meaning of the word promotion! Having been kept on hold for 12 minutes I was reluctantly passed to a manager who in a roundabout way, finally, imparted the information I needed. But if these individuals think anyone would purchase an expensive oven from them they are very much mistaken after what could only be described as passive aggression because I asked a question that did not interest them. I was treated as a nuisance rather than a current and also a potential customer. Very disappointing and surprising.
