Absolutely terrible customer services relat
Ing to a repair. Appointment booked for a repair text messages and email confirming this..After taking a days annual leave no engineer visit. after calling them they state that my machine had been written off and had informed my insurance company, but they knew nothing about it. spoke to their customer services agents who just say don’t know why we made the appointment and they can’t see on the system despite me having messages to confirm this. No regard for my taking time off work.
