Like many others we bought Neff on its supposed reputation - before seeing this site. Our oven has just tripped out and does so every time it is switched on but Neff can't get an engineer out foro 13 days. So 2 70+ year olds are expected to live on sandwiches?
What worries me too is that NEFF is just a badge and that many other brands are made by the same group and presumably just as dodgy?
