I wrote one a few weeks ago and received a call from a customer service rep. My comments were not critical of your product but detailed my mistake in ordering a four barrel case which really didn't fit the gun I purchased it for. Therefore it just sits on the shelf. The rep said he would send additional foam blocks to make a better fit. Never happened!
