I bought a Negrini 1690 ISY hard case which I use as a travel flight case for my Quickblade Kanaha All Carbon travel SUP paddle - not the use it was intended for but works brilliantly as a hard travel case. Just make sure that your SUP travel paddle when broken down fits within the internal dimensions of the case. The case is solid and robust and the quality of the plastic, hinges and catches is high. It is possible to lock access to the case with two security bracket holes by the handle. The high-density egg box foam clamps the pieces of the paddle in place when the case is closed - I can shake and twist the case vigorously and the paddle sections remain firmly in place. Unusual use-case but highly recommended if like me you were wondering how you can take your SUP travel paddle as check-in hold baggage without worrying about it being damaged.
