I am not impressed with the construction of the BarrelBuddy cleaning rod. The ferrule that excepts the brush is installed poorly and is installed off center of the rod allowing the metal cleaning rod to possibly contact the barrel. The brushes are poorly threaded and difficult to install often resulting in a miss threaded installation of the brush which contributes to deterioration of the receiving ferrule threads. I would not purchase the BarrelBuddy cleaning rod again.
