POOR customer service!!
Hi there.
First eye catch on neobrothers - excellent. The only ones on market with good prices on New engines, but you'll first realise how bad customer service they have, when you got problems with the Engine - maybe other products too?? Idk.
One of my piston-rings broke (a known problem/weakness on the T8 engine), and this happend In my 1 year warranty period. (Normally there's 2 year warranty on New engines). Any ways an OBD tester cant find the fault when It's inside the Engine, which makes sence, so i've changed sparkplugs, ignitioncoils and o2 sensor (not cheap just for those parts) - which apparantly was fine.
Problem is, neobrothers dont want to take Any responsibility on the Engine, even though It's happend in the warranty period AND is a known problem on this engine, instead, they will make a discount if i should need some spareparts to get the car back on the Road. VERY POOR customer service! How bout to cover some of the mechanic bills, cover the broken parts or if they knew of good costumer service, ship an New Engine? The valves on the car is damaged due to bad quality valves and a broken pistonring.
Alone the valves cost like £500. Then there is the other things for like £1.000 and salary to the mechanich.
Dont think i buy Any thing from them again, or recommend them to anyone..
