Paid for next day before 12 but they have a cut off, not clear on the website, so the order missed that so was not received in time. There was an error on the order ( my mistake) and an email sent to customer service within 1 minute to amend. This is not closely monitored (!) however and by the the time they read it to late to amend, even though it was also too late for the next day delivery! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG. After the last bad experience with them I had vowed never again but thought I should have one last go. All three of my 9-5s will be getting parts from other suppliers going forward.

Good prices good quick service . The only thing I kept on getting cut off as I was speaking to one chap had to keep on ringing back . Will use them again

I bought a fin boot aerial and when fitting it tightening the nut by hand it disintegrated Neo bros would accept no liability and offered me a replacement for half price the guy on the phone said it must be my fault and was not interested in replacing it FOC the part was aftermarket and of very poor quality I wouldn't recommend Noe Bros to any one their customer service attitude stinks

I damaged an alloy wheel on my Saab 9-5 on Friday last week. Neo Brothers managed to find me a replacement 7 spoke alloy at a great price. To my great surprise it arrived today Tuesday and is now fitted and looks even better than the original (my wife was a bit harsh on the kerbs!). Great price fantastic service and superb delivery, we are delighted. This is the third time I have been helped by your team and wanted to say a big "Thank You" to Nicholas and all the team. Keep doing what you do!

Just a short note of thanks! Yet again you guys at Neo Brothers have excelled. I damaged a wheel in France on Friday, found a replacement 7 spoke alloy for my 9-5 at Neo at a sensible price and it arrived today Tuesday!!! Couldn't believe it, all now fixed and back on the road. I can't get regular mail delivered that quick. Thanks to Nicholas and all at Neo Brothers

I have had my car done at Neo Brothers. Service on site is excellent. If you are going for new parts the prices are good. If you are going for used parts, there is always a risk as usual. The website could be better stocked as it was before. Overall they know the Saab cars and rather than taking it to someone that needs to figure it out and charge you, Neo are good at what they do.

Neo brothers are a nice family but sadly money drives this company..you are led to believe the parts are genuine or from a very low mileage vehicle but in fact the parts are aftermarket and some poor quality that fail ..there customer service is not to pay you or refund in part for the part nothing for your labour costs because the part failed ..I had the work re undertaken at a main Vauxhall dealer as most saab 93 parts are from the vectra model and never a problem since .. So beware you pay top original costs for aftermarket parts My advice go to your local guy it will be cheaper in the long run Sadly neo brothers have lost me as a customer now !!!

POOR customer service!! Hi there. First eye catch on neobrothers - excellent. The only ones on market with good prices on New engines, but you'll first realise how bad customer service they have, when you got problems with the Engine - maybe other products too?? Idk. One of my piston-rings broke (a known problem/weakness on the T8 engine), and this happend In my 1 year warranty period. (Normally there's 2 year warranty on New engines). Any ways an OBD tester cant find the fault when It's inside the Engine, which makes sence, so i've changed sparkplugs, ignitioncoils and o2 sensor (not cheap just for those parts) - which apparantly was fine. Problem is, neobrothers dont want to take Any responsibility on the Engine, even though It's happend in the warranty period AND is a known problem on this engine, instead, they will make a discount if i should need some spareparts to get the car back on the Road. VERY POOR customer service! How bout to cover some of the mechanic bills, cover the broken parts or if they knew of good costumer service, ship an New Engine? The valves on the car is damaged due to bad quality valves and a broken pistonring. Alone the valves cost like £500. Then there is the other things for like £1.000 and salary to the mechanich. Dont think i buy Any thing from them again, or recommend them to anyone.. Regards Angry and disapointed customer from Denmark.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good price too. Until....told parts were genuine manufacturer but they werent . They even quoted me cheaper price for aftermarket which I declined but got given at the genuine price.
