Paid for next day before 12 but they have a cut off, not clear on the website, so the order missed that so was not received in time. There was an error on the order ( my mistake) and an email sent to customer service within 1 minute to amend. This is not closely monitored (!) however and by the the time they read it to late to amend, even though it was also too late for the next day delivery! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG. After the last bad experience with them I had vowed never again but thought I should have one last go. All three of my 9-5s will be getting parts from other suppliers going forward.
