I purchased a NOx sensor on 08/07 for my Vauxhall Insignia, which was fitted by a Vauxhall main dealership. Within three months (around 2,000–2,500 miles), the sensor has failed. The car was taken back to the Vauxhall main dealership, where their GDS system displayed the following faults: NOx Oxygen Signal Circuit 1 and 2 (Open and Shorted) Malfunction. Vauxhall have checked the AdBlue system and probe, and confirmed everything appears normal. When I spoke to Demos on the phone, he seemed very quick to dismiss this as a fitting issue, despite the fact it was fitted by a Vauxhall main dealership. Additionally, your website does not state anywhere that the warranty is invalidated due to incorrect fitting, whether for a NOx sensor or any other part. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received so far. I have had to pay an additional £224.90 for another sensor to be sent out while the original is returned to the manufacturer for testing. I am not holding out much hope on this process and will be very interested to see the manufacturer’s report from France.

Do not trust this company wrong parts are sent out then they lie about it I would go else where for your parts there customer service is not very helpful avoid

I bought a fin boot aerial and when fitting it tightening the nut by hand it disintegrated Neo bros would accept no liability and offered me a replacement for half price the guy on the phone said it must be my fault and was not interested in replacing it FOC the part was aftermarket and of very poor quality I wouldn't recommend Noe Bros to any one their customer service attitude stinks

POOR customer service!! Hi there. First eye catch on neobrothers - excellent. The only ones on market with good prices on New engines, but you'll first realise how bad customer service they have, when you got problems with the Engine - maybe other products too?? Idk. One of my piston-rings broke (a known problem/weakness on the T8 engine), and this happend In my 1 year warranty period. (Normally there's 2 year warranty on New engines). Any ways an OBD tester cant find the fault when It's inside the Engine, which makes sence, so i've changed sparkplugs, ignitioncoils and o2 sensor (not cheap just for those parts) - which apparantly was fine. Problem is, neobrothers dont want to take Any responsibility on the Engine, even though It's happend in the warranty period AND is a known problem on this engine, instead, they will make a discount if i should need some spareparts to get the car back on the Road. VERY POOR customer service! How bout to cover some of the mechanic bills, cover the broken parts or if they knew of good costumer service, ship an New Engine? The valves on the car is damaged due to bad quality valves and a broken pistonring. Alone the valves cost like £500. Then there is the other things for like £1.000 and salary to the mechanich. Dont think i buy Any thing from them again, or recommend them to anyone.. Regards Angry and disapointed customer from Denmark.
