I have had my car done at Neo Brothers. Service on site is excellent. If you are going for new parts the prices are good. If you are going for used parts, there is always a risk as usual.
The website could be better stocked as it was before. Overall they know the Saab cars and rather than taking it to someone that needs to figure it out and charge you, Neo are good at what they do.
