excellent customer service - had to make a return , which was going to be a size and cost difference. This would create generating a different order , creating an entire new order etc.. made a call to customer service , spoke to an actual employee in the states and he took care of this immediately with no hassle to me whatsoever , was very refreshing to have this great experience with an online company - many more purchases to follow
