I've ordered twice from Nerd Kung Fu, both times there was an error. The first time about two years ago, one of the prints was visibly flaking off the shirt out of the package. I accepted it, though disappointing. The second order was just recently. One of the prints, a G1 Decepticon insignia, wasn't centered and was crooked on the shirt. I contacted support, which was very fast and friendly, and gave pictures of the shirt in question. They reached out to their printer and about a week later I received a new shirt. It was nearly correct, but still visibly uncentered. The next day I received yet another (3rd) copy of the shirt, which was also misaligned. If you can't get it right after 3 tries, I'm to believe that's the best you can do, and it's no longer worth my time and effort. I do appreciate the timely and polite help, but I can not pledge for the product here.
