I have not received my order yet. You did not indicate on your website that you would have to wait for an extended period of time because the item I ordered was not ready-made. You had to prepare a silk screen for it. This takes a week or so. Then you have to print the image onto the shirt. It seems you operate a frugal business and will only make items when someone orders something. This takes too long and customers can cancel the sale. WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
