I needed 6 mugs for gifts and added a comment to my order to that effect. Dave called me shortly thereafter to confirm they had the mugs in stock and would ship all 6 in 2 packages that same day. All 6 arrived with one mug cracked so I called Dave and he immediately shipped out a replacement the same day. Now THAT is customer service as it should be! I will certainly buy from NKF again!
