Customer service is unbelievable bad! I love the coffee...but be aware of the problems that will follow once you need a repair. Didn’t think this kind of service is possible in Canada. Have been on phone for hours, they hardly talk English, on 1 day I’ve been disconnected or hung up by agents who I was talking to....already 5 weeks for repair of my aeroccino...They seem very incompetent. Scary!
