45 days in in and my virtuo broke. Customer services was shipping one out arriving in 3-5 days and sending a label and box for a return. Six days later nothing is here and a call to nespresso they state the Last person didn’t set it up correctly. Horrible service that has lead to a full return. Don’t bother
