Horrible customer service! For some reason, my last order was returned to sender by the courier service, but Nespresso did not notify me of this, even though they had processed my payment. When I spoke to a representative, there was no apology or anything.
Super disappointing when you’re paying such a high price for product/service of a big company like this!
