I placed an order to be delivered on Monday betwee 5PM and 8:30PM (delivery fee $5). I did not receive it yet as we speak. I called customer service, amazing people as usual (I mean it). The person on the phone told me that yesterday was a holiday and that is why I did not receive my order. I did receive confirmation emails that my order was going to be delivered on Monday between 5-8:30PM though.
If you order anything from Nespresso online, no need to pay the extra shipping fee to get your coffee, you are not getting it as agreed upon.
