The tank leaked and I was sent several replacement tanks that also leaked-eventually I decided to grin and bear it. The coffee was never hot enough-I had the temperature increased by following instructions over the phone-it still wasn't hot enough. It needed descaling or having air bubbles cleared frequently-I seemed to be forever on the phone to customer service. After a year of this I cancelled my subscription and going to try and sell my machine. I thought it a total waste of money. Then when I cancelled I needed to phone several times as I kept getting emails from them. I am 71.
