Honestly the worst experiencing ordering DTC. I will only be ordering from Amazon moving forward. Customer service is very nice, but not helpful. Their logistics is a mess, deliveries are 'lost' due to use of low-budget local carriers likely at a cost-savings attempt. I've waited 7 days for an order that was promised in 2-4 days (and still haven't received). I will NOT be ordering from Nespresso.com again. The best the customer rep could do was offer me a $20 credit...that was infuriating. Obviously they don't value keeping their customers. Amazon it is!
