The nespresso machine is only four months old and began malfunctioning to where the espresso was pouring out of the sides etc. The techs will not help you at all if you’re not willing to do a video chat (which is insane) then the techs expect you to get a paper clip, a cup, and a paper plate and turn the machine upside down etc causing liquid to pour on you to try to fix the issue. It’s absurd that they expect you to do this in the first place and not with any tools they provide you with. What if you don’t have a paper clip? Tough, I guess. Then, when the machine still malfunctions you’re told there’s nothing further they can do because they have given you all the troubleshooting steps. The reps are extremely rude and dismissive. They say it has a one year warranty but that doesn’t apply to your particular machine for reasons they can’t explain. It would be funny if it wasn’t so stupid. DO NOT BUY ANY NESPRESSO MACHINES. Buy literally anything else.
