Nespresso’s customer service is second to none, I had an issue with my machine and their repair department dealt with it quickly. My machine was collected by courier, repaired and returned a few days later. Unfortunately it was damaged when I received it back, I sent some photos of the damage and within a few days they had sent me a new machine. I love my coffee machine and recommend Nespresso to all my family and friends. A big thank you to Nespresso from me.
