Nespresso customer service is about as non-existent as it's possible to be.
They know absolutely nothing. Latest for me: have just spent 30 mins with the "Technical" Dept to ask how to interpret their water-hardness strip. This was too much for them. They had to keep messaging the manager but still couldn't give me an answer. Eventually offered an alternative person to speak to but it was never answered, although I held on for another 10 mins. What a shower!
