As a lover of coffee, I have had several machines at home over the years but every single one has been a huge disappointment, particularly on the milk frothing front. After being recommended to try the Nespresso Citiz and Milk, I took the plunge and ordered the Machine. From start to finish the customer service was excellent, including after sales with advice on how to make a great coffee literally a phone call away. Couldnt be happier with the service or the machine!
