Now that I own the machine, I wish I could get orders for the capsules! After a week, my order status is still “will ship in 24-48 hours”. It’s one thing to fall behind, but totally unacceptable to provide inaccurate information. I also called the help desk, and after 30 mins on hold, was only told “it should ship within a week”! Unbelievable!
