We moved with Nest late last year and couldn't fault their service if we tried ! Nick was phenomenal and always on the end of the phone when we had any Queries ( even at 9.30 at night ! ) He turned what started as a rather bumpy start with another agent into a smooth and easy transition . Even down to little things such as keeping in touch to let us know any updates just made the service all better .
