Before we found Nest we had tried a few other local agents and were fed up with the usual overpriced fees and poor performance, they only seemed to be interested in getting as many properties on their books as possible and trying to sell extra services like professional photos and floor plans which a few years ago were included for free. We dealt with Nick who was a breath of fresh air, he was honest and up front from the beginning and the fees were very reasonable, he was available on the phone when needed even at weekends and sold our property within a couple of weeks, which two other very large estate agencies failed to do in over 6 months.
