I transferred both my rental properties to Nest from another agent, previous i wasn't receiving any paperwork, statements, repairs were required, inspections missed... not what a landlord wants to hear! I approached Nest after hearing about them down the local school, i arranged a meeting of which i had a low opinion of agents, by the time i left this was turned around. Nest handled the switch over dealing with all aspects including collecting the files and keys from the previous agent, then worked tirelessly to bring everything up to speed and has maintained it since. I'm saving a huge amount compared to my previous fees and its 10x the service! i can call them up at any point and they know everything what is going on and have rebuilt the relationship between me and my tenants. overall very impressed!
