I met Nick first 7 months ago when he came to value my property, the value was realistic with plenty of evidence to prove so. I then had 3 other agents come round who spend more time trying to put me off of Nest then giving me a valuation. I instructed Nest without hesitation and have been pleased with my decision ever since. The opening hours were handy due to my working pattern. i was kept informed along the process. I achieved the full asking price and Nick even helped me find a property. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I do not plan on moving again but if i do, i will go straight back to Nest. Thank you.
