This was after a day of valuations (other wouldn't quote unless i had somebody come to value my home). Nest gave me the fee and a breakdown without hesitation and were honest from the start, they were so laid back throughout the process and allowed me to move at my own speed. they conducted all the viewings all i had to do was have a relaxing day out. so happy i have recommended to my sister who is using them now.
