Prior to appointing Nest I was a little dubious at using an online company & went down the usual route of getting 3 quotes from high street estate agents. I then thought "what's the harm?", gave Nest in Essex a call & invited the owner Nick (Cheshire) round to view & give us a quote. The fee quoted was inexpensive & saved us thousands of pounds compared to the next cheapest competitor. We are so glad we appointed Nest, as from the start Nick was honest, realistic, polite & professional with no false promises or pressure to get our business. If he wasn't available take my call he would ring back soon after (on any day of the week). He also doesn't screen calls or hide behind colleagues to avoid speaking to you. For anyone out there thinking of moving I would definitely recommend Nest in Essex. You really can have great service without the massive fee attached.
