Ordered 2 personalised tins on the 1st December. Since then I have tried numerous times to contact them via the online form but as yet nobody has responded. I contacted them via telephone this morning to try and cancel, the advisor said that I couldn't cancel because the system said 'failed' and he did not know what that meant. then after further discussion basically put the phone down to me.
