I was impressed with the speed of service. I was looking to buy a shirt and Pilot and another site had it in stock. I knew I was getting close to the cut off period to getting it for the weekend. I tweeted Pilot and the other store. Pilot replied back within minutes and the other store the next day. That is brilliant customer service and they have definitely found a new customer.
