I have been very pleased and impressed with the service I have received as I had a need to call your on-line department and spoke to a member of staff about the removal of the VAT as I live in Guernsey. Later that same evening I received an e-mail to inform me that this had been reimbursed, so Thank you Ben! I have not received my order yet but I did receive an e-mail and also a text yesterday to inform me that there had been a delay here and that I can expect to receive my order on Tuesday 8th. I did appreciate receiving this information so Thank you for that.
