I love my purchase, and the delivery was really quick and I received texts advising me of the time slot when the parcel was being delivered so cannot fault it.
My only disappointment was the item that I didn't receive. After placing my order and making payment I received an e-mail a couple of days later saying there had been a 'problem'and the item wasn't available. An immediate refund for that item was issued so there was no problem there, but just very disappointed that their system is not up-to-date.
