Great positive experience. A disasterous situation . bought a Birthday present. unbeknown to me my old address was on the system so inadvertently my purchase was sent to my old address. Not easy to ascertain as RM were less than helpful as usual. however claire was a star. did her best but ROYAL MaiL were useless. vey impressed with claires efforts.
