I've been a loyal buyer from pilot for many years and although I prefer to shop in store for the personal touch I decided to try online...I got some bargains. The only thing wrong for me online is that when when your on a page where you want to continue on after selecting to buy from that page it doesn't bring you back there you have to go back 2 times and wait to re submit. Bit frustrating. I'll continue to go in store I think the lads in there are sound
